She follows up, guide, get and give feedback to and from the SPICE group leaders and participant. She is very responsive addressing issues and appreciating all the work done by the leaders. Outside her office, Pam participated in most of the SP events and is a great volunteer. |

Armen has done a great job maintaining the SP gym. He kept all the machines in great shape following on repairs and maintenance schedules. He added useful (muscle training) posters to the gym and made sure the gym users respect the noise policy spreading posters urging people to do so. Armen kept on updating the gym with new equipments as he saw needed or as proposed by residents. He initiated the athletic afternoons and weekends to have a group of residents enjoy the SP backyard and a sport game. He has done a great job hosting the world cup events in SP and currently working on a pilot session of Yoga. Armen worked very enthusiastically with a group of MIT/Harvard student researching how used the MIT gym are. Also, he has been a volunteer in many of the SP and orientation events. |

Katie impressed many people with a very successful and well-attended Cultural festival few weeks after she took office. She managed to have up to 18 countries represented with different aspects of their cultures as well as cuisines. She has conducted few cultural outings to Boston/Cambridge and always prepared very nice cultural coffee hours. She strived to have as much of the culture revealed as possible. Katie has played a key role in getting her cultural coffee hours as well as the 2011 cultural festival funded with always writing reports and excellent budget proposals. |

Steve joined the SP leadership only few days after moving to SP. He has always been a great team player working with his coffee hour chair and the dedicated group of volunteers who always come to help preparing for coffee hours. He has done a great job building nice relationship with all his volunteers.
Steve also volunteers and helps with other SP events. Steve has shown leadership and ownership of his coffee hours always making sure everything get well prepared and on time. He has encouraged and worked very well with cultural groups coming to SP to host cultural coffee hours.

Hussam did his best planning and executing orientation events. He volunteered to write reports describing the ups and downs during orientation to document lesson learned during the 2010 orientation.
