• Rectangular tables: ( 3 tables for food, 1 for kids activity, 1 for guest reception, 2 for bar , 6 for country booths) Rectangular tables TOTAL: 14
• Round tables for seating while eating: 10 Round tables + 100 Chairs.
• Table cloths ( do we need to return them clean?).We can use for all tables. ( blue and greens)
• Cleaning things (broom, mops). Could we borrow cleaning stuff from you to clean after the party?
• Could we come on Friday 27th and leave stuff for the party inside the room or locked somewhere? What time could we come? We would like to bring in advance water bottles, sodas, and other similar materials..
• On Saturday the organizers will arrive 4 pm to set up our decorations and music. + Bar
• For screen proyectors and music connections .. we will arrange with the person in charged.
